Individual coaching is free.

Coaching is not advice and it is not therapy. It is a structured conversation about something you are trying to move forward.
You decide what the session is about. A coach asks, listens and reflects. They do not hand you a plan you did not ask for.
Browse coaches, see what they focus on, and choose someone who fits what you're looking for. Coaches share their available times, so you book a session that works for both of you.
Start with one conversation or keep going. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, and you can book up to three sessions a week.

Coaches on Better Peers are trained professionals building toward or holding an ICF credential. Every coach is reviewed before they join, through verification or referral.
Three steps to get started with individual coaching.
A short request in your own words. What you want to work on, when you are free, and what language you would like to speak.
Coaches share what they focus on, their credentials, and the times they have open. You look through the directory and choose the person you want to work with.
Pick a time from your coach's open hours. The session runs in your browser. Come with what you want to work on.
Individual coaching and organizational coaching are different arrangements, and they start in different places.
One person, one coach, working on what matters to you. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and there is no cost, no card and no subscription.
Find a coachTeam and organizational coaching is engaged separately. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes and are scoped with you before anything is booked.
