If you're working toward your ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, you may be wondering where to find clients and how to get the coaching hours you need.

You're not alone. Building coaching experience can be one of the hardest parts of starting your coaching journey. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), you'll need 100 hours of client coaching experience with at least eight clients. At least 75 hours must be paid, and 25 hours must fall within the 18 months before you apply (ICF, n.d.). So, where do you start? I'm glad you asked.

With coaches in over 31 countries, you can find a practice partner in your time zone. Reciprocal coaching gives you the opportunity to practice your skills, gain experience, and build relationships with fellow coaches.
